Customers subscribing to our site by placing orders and concurrently accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.Purchases may only be made by adults or minors who have been given the consent of one of their parents or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of subscribers to orders through our site to ensure that they meet the above requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.The inclusion of false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious names in the online Order process and in further communications is prohibited. The Holder reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse. The Customer is solely responsible for their correct entry of personal or billing information. In accepting these Terms of Sale, the company is released from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors related to data provided at the time of placing the online Order.

The validity of the indicated prices is always and only that indicated by the website at the time of order transmission.All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Costs related to customs duties and taxes required in the country of destination of the shipment are entirely borne by the Customer and must be paid if requested directly upon delivery of the Products.

The Customer authorizes that any communication, information or changes to the contract be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute arising out of this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek, prior to any legal action, a solution dictated by common sense. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any different prevailing mandatory rules of the Customer's country of habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes inherent and/or consequent to the same shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, if the Customer has the status of Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law or, at the choice of the consumer in case of action taken by the consumer himself, by the Court of Rome. If, on the other hand, the Customer acts in the exercise of its entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activity, the parties consensually establish the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.

7. Right of return and exchange

Information regarding the exercise of the right of return and exchange.

[art. 49 paragraph 1 letter h, art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code].

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code [Legislative Decree No. 206/2005], the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products, without giving any reasons, provided that:

- the right of return and exchange is exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods; in fact, the return and exchange period expires after 14 days from the day of delivery to the Customer of the products purchased by him.

In order to exercise the right of return and exchange, the Customer is required to inform us of his/her decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by sending a communication via email to: shop@uovodastrapazzo.com. We will send the Customer a confirmation of receipt by email.

To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of return and exchange before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

After sending the communication informing us of the desire to exercise the return or exchange, the Customer must return the purchased goods promptly and no later than 14 days after sending the aforementioned communication, returning the undamaged goods in the same package in which they were delivered to the shipping address that will be communicated by email. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if authorized by our written confirmation.

For returns, the Customer will be reimbursed (excluding handling and redelivery fees) as long as the goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, suitable for resale to a new Customer. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

For the exchange the Customer will be sent the replacement product provided that the returned goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, suitable for resale to a new Customer.

8. Edit and update

The Holder may implement changes or amendments to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The Customer shall only accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of the relevant purchase. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
